What is in Basis, Standard, Professional and Enterprise, module by module. Prices are available on request.

Basis

AGIL Zeit in full, from the cloud

Basis is the complete AGIL Zeit, just as more than 300 staffing agencies use it every day, hosted in AGIL Cloud 365 in a German data centre. All modules are included, from client data through scheduling and time tracking to invoicing.

The number of browser logins matches the workstations booked. Not included are the AGIL App on the smartphone and the AI features of AGIL Zeit 5.0. Those come with Standard and Professional.

Included:

Clients: master data, contacts, contact history with follow-ups, workplaces and approvals
Personnel: employees, applicants, freelancers and leavers with a complete personnel file, qualifications, pay settings, protective clothing and health check-ups
Orders: requests, orders, placement, group and volume orders, billing rate calculation, AÜV contract printing
Planning: scheduling by drag & drop, weekly, monthly and half-year planning boards, scheduling record
Time tracking: in the browser and at the terminal, quick entry, surcharges, Equal Pay, working time account, leave, cash book, advances, travel expenses, month-end closing
Invoicing: generate invoices, batch printing, credit notes, cancellations, dunning, open items and incoming payments
Correspondence: document templates, e-mail templates, document bundles, mail merge letters and bulk e-mails
Appointments & reminders with follow-ups per client and employee
Reports: revenue, contribution margin, client, employee and cost centre statistics, reports with export to PDF and Excel, dashboard
Suppliers, other partners and accommodation
Administration: user groups and permissions, clients (tenants), GDPR management; SANSCREEN sanctions list check as add-on
Approval portal for client companies: your clients approve hours themselves, without a licence of their own. Web app only.

Standard

Mobile with the AGIL App

Standard is Basis plus the AGIL App on the smartphone: three users per workstation are included so employees record their hours directly from the assignment site. Advanced reports are added on top.

Professional

AI power for your team

Professional brings the AI features of AGIL Zeit 5.0 into daily work: the AI Assistant answers questions about your own database in natural language and carries out actions, always only after the user's approval.

Added to that are API access with an MCP server for your own integrations, more smartphone users and priority support.

Enterprise

For groups with several legal entities

Enterprise is for groups with several legal entities and locations. It includes everything in Professional and adds what a group needs for operations: a dedicated contact person and coordinated update dates.

Operation in AGIL Cloud 365, in your own data centre or hybrid. We tailor the price to your structure.

Notes on prices and services

All prices are per month, plus VAT and a one-off setup fee. The contract term is 24 months. Included in every package:
