The AI Assistant
Just ask. AGIL Zeit finds the matching data.
Searching used to mean finding the right screen, setting three filters, exporting the list. With the AI Assistant you can now phrase your search in your own words. AGIL Zeit searches the stored data and shows you the matching results directly.
With follow-up questions you can narrow the results further. Work steps can be prepared too – they are only executed after your review and approval.
- Ask by typing or by voice.
- Actions are never executed without your approval, and every approval is logged.
- The AI Assistant works with your AGIL database. For AI processing, required context data and selected results may be sent to the connected AI service alongside your question. The scope depends on the feature and configuration.
One start, many windows
No more launching it twice.
The phone rings: a client company needs three people tomorrow morning. Check the client, find employees, create the job order, all at once. That used to mean running AGIL Zeit two or three times over.
In 5.0 the forms are decoupled: employees, customers and orders can be opened and edited at the same time. AGIL Zeit no longer needs to be started several times for that.
The individual windows can be arranged freely and spread across several screens. That way you see the information side by side and switch directly between the areas.

We asked dispatchers what they wanted from a new version. The most common answer was not a special feature but a sentence: I want to see at a glance what is going on.
That is why AGIL Zeit 5.0 opens with a dashboard. The numbers are there the moment you start the software:
- Reminders: due and overdue, and which of them are yours
- Candidate flow: from inbox to hire, with conversion rate
- Absences today: sick, on leave, other, present
- Employees on assignment: who is currently on a job order
- Job orders ending: what ends in the next fourteen days

The interface
Clear, bright, and in your font size.
Blue and white instead of gray, tiles instead of a wall of forms, navigation on the left, always in the same place. Anyone who knows AGIL Zeit will feel at home immediately. Anyone new needs no training to understand the first screen.
- Font size with Ctrl + plus and minus, for the whole application.
- Interface in German or English, switch without restarting.
- Loads in the background, the screen stays responsive.
The AI features
AI support directly in AGIL Zeit.
Your administrator enables each assistant per user, with separate visibility of revenue, payroll, and margins. Proposals stay proposals until you approve them. The AI features are optional and are added to your package.

Simply speak your questions instead of typing them.
Employee matching
Find suitable employees by qualification, availability and other criteria.
Data check
